  • Represent ESB around the community in a professional manner.
  • Gather Community Feedback and understand the needs of the community you will be representing.
    • Document FAQs, develop community guidelines.
    • Process community feedback and help conduct private and public tests for various events.
    • Help define and build content/events tailored to our communities.
  • Inform teams and players of upcoming events and what they can expect from ESB in the future.
  • Build relationships with competitive players in the community, including but not
    limited to fans, influencers, and live streamers.
  • Identify high-quality player generated content for sharing across official



  • Competitive Battlefield 1 Experience (experience in past Battlefield games is a big plus)
  • Knowledge of the teams actively competing in the Community, especially in your region.
  • Knowledge and understanding of who various tournament organizers are, which platforms exist, and how they work/operate, both inside and outside the Battlefield competitive community.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills (in both English and the target language)
  • Good understanding of the various social media platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (friendly, mature, diplomatic)
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A passion for Battlefield eSports and a big desire to see our community grow.
  • A general availability to reply to messages / calls during the day
  • Available to occasionally take part in call-conferences at late hours (from 11pm CET on)
  • Available to occasionally work during weekends
  • Hardworking
